Shipping policy

General

Packages are typically shipped within two business days of placing an order.

We may combine multiple orders into one package.

Orders may be shipped using a different shipping service if delivery times are comparable. Please indicate in the notes if you require a specific service.

Packages valued at or above $500 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to receive the package. Packages returned due to no signature will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. Any cancellations due to returned packages will have the original shipping cost deducted from any refund in addition to the cancellation fee.

Pre-orders

Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items in the order are in stock. Please place separate orders if you would like available items to ship immediately.
